I always considered the sculpture grden to be the west edge of Downtown, and it’s had meters for at least the 4 years I’ve been here.

Yeah, I’d lost track out there.... always considered Fleur the end of downtown , so I guess it’s fair game for meters .

Not sure how long you’ve been there, but it used to be a PITA to get to the airport coming from the north— until they finally did the Fleur-MLK connection. I guess something good came out of the Floods of ‘93.

DSM is the only place out there worth living.  But Des Moines has come a long way.
